OUR STORY
At HP Designs and Prints, our story began in 2020 with a dream, a lot of determination, and a small room in our home. Founders Henry and Melinda Puente started their business creating custom apparel and designs using heat transfer vinyl, pouring their hearts into every order and building genuine relationships with their customers along the way.
As their passion for the industry grew, so did their vision. Intrigued by the possibilities of Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing, they took a leap of faith and invested in their very first printer. For the next two years, they continued operating from home, working tirelessly to perfect their craft, expand their services, and build a loyal customer base.
What started as a small home-based business quickly blossomed into something much bigger. In January 2025, HP Designs and Prints officially opened its first storefront on Southwest Military Drive, marking a major milestone in the company's journey. Since then, the business has continued to thrive, earning a reputation for quality products, exceptional customer service, and a commitment to helping customers bring their ideas to life.
Today, HP Designs and Prints is proud to have expanded to a second location in downtown San Antonio. Despite our growth, our mission remains the same: to provide high-quality custom printing and personalized products while treating every customer like family.
